ONE DAY SHIPPING!

Those of you who have been ordering over the past month have already seen a drastic improvement in shipping times. New, regular priced items ship out within one day or less and clearance items ship out in 1 week or less (this used to be 2-3 weeks). As we move into our new office space, we expect to see these shipping times drop even further.

FREE SHIPPING OVER $50!

All US customers will now receive FREE shipping on all orders $50 or more (not including clearance items)! The shipping fee will be refunded after the order has been placed.

NEW CO-OWNERS!

We'd like to formally introduce you to our new owners/partners. Ray and Jessica, our new partners, are also parents to two children just like us. They came on board about a month ago and have immediately helped us turn StopAndScrap around. We are going to all be involved with the business, but the breakdown of responsibilities will be a little more defined with more people involved. Ray and Jessica will be involved more behind the scenes as well as helping with shipping. Maria will maintain her role as creative decision maker and product purchasing, but she will also take advantage of some more free time to expand our more "social" aspects of the site such as blogging, contests and more. Larry will continue to keep StopAndScrap running from a technical perspective (while also working hard to bring it up to date with new technologies) but will also take the lead on customer service and account management. Shipping will be a fully collaborative effort to keep speed and accuracy a priority. While you will still hear from Maria (especially on the blog), Larry is who you will be contacting with customer service issues.

We would like to thank everybody who has stuck with us through all the ups and downs over the years (more up than down we hope!)... We have made some incredible strides over the last month, bringing on two new owners to help us transform StopAndScrap.com and bring it back to prominence. While we've continuously had the best new products at the best prices, we can readily admit that shipping times had been an issue at various times in the past. Today we are glad to announce that we have improved our shipping process to the point that we are shipping almost ALL orders out within 2 days of being placed, with most regularly priced orders shipping same day and Sale and Clearance orders shipping shortly after.

The next exciting move on the horizon is to find our new home. We are out looking for the perfect office/warehouse space to expand StopAndScrap.com in and to step up the shipping speed even more. We expect to be there before CHA Winter and hopefully much, much sooner. And we're also hoping to debut some more exciting new changes by CHA Winter as well, but more on that later :) For now, we just wanted to say thank you for your patience and we'll be back with more updates soon!
